1099 with competitive wage split of 70/30 for independently licensed providers and 60/40 for dependently licensed providers

• Low productivity standards: 16 appointments per week (full time), 8 per week (part time), 4 per week (quarter time).  Providers are empowered to decide how many appointments they need to render to meet their financial needs while mitigating burnout.

• Access to full time insurance biller/administrative/trainer support who is studying to be a Counselor and knows the business of what we do.

• I prioritize and highly encourage team collaboration, consultation, and supervision to mitigate burnout, increase skills set, and keep providers ethically and emotionally healthy.  Opportunities include team lunch, consultation with the owner, consultation and supervision with peers, and CEU learning opportunities provided in house.  The more we collaborate and consult, we stay healthy together and avoid working in isolation.

• I only hire people that will meet the needs of practice AND will increase team cohesiveness.  You have to be a good fit with my team, not just me.

Our brick-and-mortar office is located at 261 W. Johnstown Rd. Gahanna, OH 43230.  Imagine Recovery Counseling LLC rents 6 office spaces that are shared by 2 clinicians each.  Teleworkers may live and work in any state. 

I am currently looking to hire Therapists (5 in total) with the following specialization needs in mind:

• Dissociation and Parts (Ego state or IFS) work

• Substance Use Disorders (any modalities)

• DBT and Self Harming behaviors (We are growing a comprehensive DBT team)

• EMDR (for any population or conditions)

• Military and First Responders

• LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC Affirming

• Neurodivergence

• ACT

• Yoga or somatic interventions

All interested providers must be willing to work with Substance use conditions and trauma disorders in some capacity.  We get a ton of higher acuity cases with needs surrounding EMDR, Dissociation, Marginalized populations, and Neurodivergent minds.  Independently licensed folks are preferred at this time, but I am always open to folks who are dependently licensed and are highly skilled and trained in the above areas.
