Payment and Insurance
We believe access to therapy should be as clear and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find information about our rates, insurance options, and payment policies. If you have questions or need support navigating costs, we're happy to talk through your options: including sliding scale availability or superbill documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.
2026 Rates
$200/180/160 for Initial Intake Session.
$180/160/140 for 55 minute Session.
**We use the Green Bottle Method for our sliding fee scale: https://www.kateboot.com/copy-of-fees
We take a variety of insurance plans listed below. Please call your insurance to verify your coverage for copay in advance of your initial appointment. Our therapists also accept out of pocket payments for private pay. Copay is due at the time of the appointment.
The only exception is that Somatic Experiencing sessions are not billable to insurance, they are private pay only at $180 per hour.
Please email us directly with any questions about whether we can bill your insurance plan!

Good Faith Estimate & Billing Transparency
Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use insurance have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected therapy costs before starting services. This estimate outlines anticipated fees for sessions and related services so you can make informed decisions about your care.
If your actual charges are significantly higher than the estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill. We are committed to transparency and are happy to answer questions about fees, billing, or insurance options at any point. Please contact our office if you would like to request a Good Faith Estimate or need support understanding your financial responsibilities.
