Payment and Insurance

We believe access to therapy should be as clear and stress-free as possible. Below you’ll find information about our rates, insurance options, and payment policies. If you have questions or need support navigating costs, we're happy to talk through your options: including sliding scale availability or superbill documentation for out-of-network reimbursement.

Our therapists accept out of pocket payments for private pay. We also take a variety of insurance plans listed below. Please call your insurance to verify your coverage for copay in advance of your initial appointment. Copay is due at the time of the appointment.

The only exception is that Somatic Experiencing sessions are not billable to insurance, they are private pay only at $125 per hour.
