Insurance, Billing and Initial Scheduling

Nathan plays a vital behind-the-scenes and front-facing role in ensuring that care is accessible, organized, and supported from the very first interaction.

Nathan manages scheduling, insurance verification, and billing coordination, helping clients navigate the practical aspects of therapy with clarity and ease. He communicates with insurance companies, process claims, tracks authorizations, and assists with billing questions so clients can focus on their healing rather than paperwork.

In addition to insurance and billing, Nathan oversees initial appointment scheduling, and helps to supports smooth day-to-day operations of the office. He works to ensure administrative systems run efficiently, confidentially, and in alignment with ethical and HIPAA standards.

Above all, Nathan’s role is grounded in care, responsiveness, and professionalism, helping create a welcoming, well-organized practice where clients feel supported from their first call through ongoing care.

Consultation Manager

Christa, an LISW-S, is dedicated to building strong relationships rooted in clarity and care. With a Master of Social Work from the University of Cincinnati, she brings a wealth of expertise gained across government agencies, local, regional, and state mental health advisory committees and initiatives, as well as forensic, acute, and community mental health settings. Throughout her career, she has specialized in high-stakes environments and navigating complex institutional structures.

Today, Christa leverages this background in her consulting work to help organizations navigate the complexities of continuing education provider requirements. By streamlining processes and managing administrative complexities, she effectively reduces the workload for teams so they can return their full focus to what matters most: their clients. Driven by a passion to bring people together to learn and grow, Christa serves as a trusted guide for organizations looking to foster professional development while staying centered on the people they serve.
