She serves adults over the age of 18, supporting them through challenges related to depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma recovery.
Linda’s counseling philosophy is rooted in the belief that everyone has the strength to heal and grow. She sees herself as a guide on her clients’ journey, helping them navigate their emotions, uncover their resilience, and find peace within. By creating a safe, non-judgmental environment, she empowers clients to explore their thoughts and emotions with openness and trust.
Her therapeutic approach is primarily client-centered, working collaboratively with clients to foster personal growth and healing. Linda’s primary modalities include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, guided imagery, and Psychoeducation, all tailored to meet the unique needs of her clients.
Linda is currently accepting new virtual clients and is dedicated to providing accessible and meaningful care in a virtual setting.

What does trauma recovery mean to you?
“To me, trauma recovery means reclaiming a sense of safety, connection, and self-trust after experiences that have left deep emotional wounds. It’s about creating space to speak your truth, process pain, and rediscover your inner strength—especially for those carrying the weight of generational or secondary trauma. I see recovery as a way to separate what was inherited from what is truly yours, allowing space for healing and growth. Trauma recovery is never about being “fixed.” It’s about feeling grounded, self-aware, and empowered to live from a place of authenticity and choice.”
