We offer Somatic Experiencing® (SE) a gentle, body-based approach to healing trauma, stress, and dysregulation. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, SE works with the nervous system to safely release stored survival energy, resolve incomplete fight/flight/freeze responses, and support long-term resilience.
In a world full of “somatic-informed” therapy, it’s important to know: only therapists who’ve completed the rigorous 3-year professional training are credentialed as Somatic Experiencing Practitioners (SEPs). Our SEPs bring the full depth of this method, combining deep clinical skill, attunement, and embodied presence.
